2. Principles
We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the TDDDG. No advertising or tracking services are used. Via the hosting platform we only collect aggregated, anonymous visitor statistics (e.g. number of visits, pages viewed, device type, country). No user profiles are created and visitors are not followed across visits. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is designing the website according to demand.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you access the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, user agent). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. The retention period is determined by the hosting provider's specifications. Where data is transferred to third countries, in particular the USA, this is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Cookies and consent
This website does not use cookies for analytics, marketing or profiling purposes and does not embed third-party services. Fonts are served locally from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or a CDN is established. A cookie banner is therefore not required, as only technically necessary processes within the meaning of Section 25 (2) TDDDG take place.
The language version is determined solely by the URL you call up (for example /en). No data is stored on your device for this purpose.
5. Contact and enquiry form
The form on this website transmits your details to us via your own e-mail program; no data is stored in a database of this website. We process your name, company, e-mail address and the content of your message.
The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (handling of the enquiry). We delete enquiries as soon as they have been conclusively processed and no statutory retention obligations (in particular Section 147 AO and Section 257 HGB: 6 and 10 years respectively) apply.
6. Business correspondence
In the course of initiating and performing brokerage services we process contact and contract data of your representatives on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR and to fulfil legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR), for example under foreign trade, sanctions and anti-money-laundering law.
7. Recipients and third-country transfers
Data is disclosed only to processors (e.g. hosting, e-mail) and to public authorities where legally required. Transfers to third countries take place only where an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR exist.
